My Favourite Athleisure Wear

After weeks of gray, rainy weekends here in usually sunny California, the sun came out this weekend and it finally felt like spring. It's been the perfect weather to wear some transitional pieces recently — especially in terms of workout wear.

Sharing one of my favorite athleisure outfit combos with you today as well as some recent photos of Naiya. My mini is continuing to grow like a weed and I'm so not ready! That long hair! Doesn't she look like a teenager in these photos?!

The Sherpa Jacket

I can't get enough of this sherpa jacket by Alo Yoga (recently worn here). I bought it a few months back when it was extra chilly here in LA and it's kept me cozy all winter long.  For those of you living in colder parts of the country, I still highly recommend buying this jacket early this spring as a fun transitional piece. Sharing some other sherpa jacket options here too.

The jacket looks so cute over workout wear (I especially love wearing it to hot yoga class) and I also wear it as a layering piece at work.  It has a removable hood, roomy pockets and I just want to live in it (and pretty much do).

The Workout Wear

Today, I paired a pink workout top with black laser-cut pants I scooped up from Lululemon. I've been a big fan of Lululemon for years now. I love their fit and the fact that I have so many pieces I've worn for years straight that are still going strong. I love wearing this outfit whenever I go on long runs or for hot yoga.

The material is nice and breathable, not to mention the cut of both the top and pants are really cute! I topped off the look with my favorite white cat eye sunnies which I still can't get enough of.

Naiya's Outfit:

Naiya had a nice basic outfit day today: she's wearing her favorite jeans with the cutest distressing in the front. From there, we paired them with one of her favorite pink tee's and tiny Adidas with gold stripes. We can't get enough of these sneakers--they're comfy and just the cutest! I'm ready to buy them for her in the next size up because they're so versatile.
