On Tuesdays, We Wear Pink

I feel like life is moving a million miles per minute! In case you missed my recent article here, Naiya has officially turned one! We threw a unicorn party for her at a local park with close friends and family and I may or may not have gone completely overboard with decorations and gluten-free, sugar-free cake.

Yeah--I totally became that mom. Sharing a recent mom and baby outfit post with you today that's all about all pink everything. Can't wait to share Naiya's birthday photos soon!

Pink Outfits Of The Day

Since it's still so hot here in Los Angeles and fall feels way too far away, Naiya and I are still living it up in our summer wardrobes this week. I'm eying the sweaters and other layering pieces  in our closets on the daily but it's just too crazy hot to even think about them.

Today, I'm wearing a pink embroidered wrap-top by Madewell (currently on sale for only $19.99!). I paired it with a classic silver accordion skirt, nude heels, vintage clip-on earrings and my favorite white sunnies that I'm still obsessed with.

Naiya is wearing a pink striped bathing suit (some other favorites here and here) that also doubles as a cute onesie. This girl is always ready for the pool--we definitely have a little swimmer on our hands!

Upcoming Happenings

We are packing this week for Naiya's first international trip! Our family is headed to Prague and while we couldn't be more excited to travel, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't completely anxious about the flight itself with our ever-moving one-year-old!

Our flight to and from New York a few weeks back was so exhausting (more about that here) so we're hoping Naiya will be able to sleep for even just for a few hours this time around.

Phil and I are already bracing ourselves for 14+ hours of chasing Naiya around a very confined space and eye rolls from our fellow passengers. No matter how hard you try, it feels so impossible to contain a toddler!

Still welcoming any travel tips for toddlers you may have! Please feel free to leave me a message below!
