Sephora Beauty Haul
Throughout the Pandemic, I stopped wearing makeup other than mascara. I know a lot of women kept up their makeup game and even upped it using fun new “I learned it on TikTok” trends but since I was working from home for the first time in my life, I really embraced the low-maintenance lifestyle (to a fault!). I’ve only recently started to dip a toe back into the world of beauty and I’ve been experimenting with new products that are bringing me joy again. Today, I’m rounding up some of my fave beauty products from Sephora which I’m currently loving in three different categories: Clean Beauty, Curly Hair, and Eyes/Eye Brows.
Clean Beauty
Throughout my pregnancies, I really doubled down on vegan, clean, cruelty free beauty products because I was so protective of Naiya and Sadie even before they were born. I’ve kept this passion up post-babies and it’s something I definitely want to pass along to my girls someday too. Rounding up some of my favorite clean beauty picks from a brand I can’t get enough of, Ilia.
If you haven’t tried their mascara, you haven’t lived. It’s so light, separates the lashes perfectly, and it comes off easily when you want it to (but not when you’re wearing it!). The lipsticks and glosses are weightless and the colors are perfection. I’m living in all of the products below and can’t get enough.
Curly Girl Hair Products I’m Loving
When it comes to my hair, I’m always on the hunt for new products that will help maintain bouncy, healthy, frizz-free curls. I recently cut off a number of inches and my hair sprung right up as curly hair does and I needed a weightless product to help give me all the body without the frizz.
Sharing some of my favorite Sephora picks below. I’m especially into Olaplex products because they make my hair so smooth and healthy without weighing it down.Additionally, I’m sharing a number of products I’m loving for conditioning, some amazing oils, gels that don’t leave your curls crunchy, and everything in between.
Eyes & Eye Brow Must-Haves
I can’t tell you the last time I wore eyeshadow before a few weeks ago. In my 20’s, it was my go-to. I had so many eyeshadow palettes, I needed a full drawer for them. Recently, I started entirely fresh. Sharing a few of my favorite eyeshadow palettes which are full of earth tones for fall. I’m also rounding up some of my favorite liquid eyeliner, mascara, and eyebrow products. When it comes to eyebrows, I am obsessed with anything by Anastasia Beverly Hills. Her clear eyebrow gel is my go-to, and for nights out, I love using her brow-freezing gel. Linking to the tool i use along with it which is a necessity to press your brows just right. You comb the wax through your eyebrows, brushing them upwards, and then you run the smooth side of the brush tool along your brows to freeze the gel and your eyebrows in place. It sounds a bit crazy but it looks amazing in practice!
